Here you will find suggested activities to do at home that can further engage and support in-class learning.

9/23 Practice the words to the Hojas, Hojas song. Visit the website to sing along karaoke style! Talk about fall colors in Spanish (have your child teach them to you!). Look for signs of otono (fall). 

9/30 Talk about the Monarch's migration to Mexico. In class, we will design paper Monarchs to send to students in Mexico. In the spring, they will return paper Monarchs to us simulating the same pat the Monarch Butterflies will take.
